Loy & Co has advised the agency group Löwenstark Digital Group, a portfolio company of HANNOVER Finanz and ARCUS, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the media agency KDM Kontor Digital Media GmbH & Co. KG.

The transaction:

On August 31, 2022, Löwenstark will take over the media agency KDM Kontor Digital Media GmbH & Co. KG. In addition to Löwenstark’s further development and growth goals, the acquisition sets the course for succession planning at KDM.

With the transaction, the full-service agency for online marketing Löwenstark expands its range of services with an additional professional offering in media planning. KDM will remain as an independent brand and will continue to operate under its current management. With the takeover, Löwenstark opens a new location in Hamburg.
