Deal News Löwenstark / Lucky Shareman

Loy & Co advised the agency group Löwenstark Digital Group, a portfolio company of HANNOVER Finanz and ARCUS, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the influencer marketing agency Lucky Shareman GmbH.

The transaction:

Löwenstark will take over the influencer marketing agency Lucky Shareman GmbH on August 31, 2022. In addition to Löwenstark’s further development and growth goals, the acquisition sets the course for succession planning at Lucky Shareman.

With this transaction, the full-service agency for online marketing Löwenstark expands its range of services with an additional professional offering in influencer marketing. Lucky Shareman will remain as an independent brand and will continue under its current management. With the acquisition, Löwenstark opens a new location in Hamburg.
