Loy & Co comprehensively advised Tillmann Schulze Buschhof, shareholder of Gartencenter Münsterland GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of 100% of the company’s shares to Dehner.

With the signing of the contract in July 2017, the family-run company Dehner has acquired 100% of the company shares of Gartencenter Münsterland GmbH & Co. KG. With the acquisition, Dehner acquires the locations in Münster, Osnabrück and Rheine and strengthens its presence in the regions.

Gartencenter Münsterland GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run company with locations in Münster, Osnabrück and Rheine. The sale took place in the course of succession. A buyer was found in Dehner, which will continue to run the locations and invest in their modernization.

Dehner

The family-owned company Dehner is a group of companies operating throughout Europe with its headquarters in Rain am Lech, Bavaria. Founded in 1947 as a two-person operation, Dehner is now the leading cross-channel retailer in the green industry with over 5,000 employees. A central division under the umbrella of Dehner Holding are the Dehner garden centers – Europe’s largest garden center group with 122 garden centers as well as online stores in Germany and Austria.
